During 2011-2012, Rachel served Spoken Word instructor at Achievement First Endeavor Middle School in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn where she was also the creator and editor of the school’s very first literary magazine entitled, “Voices of Our Art”. Currently, Rachel serves as a Teacher’s Associate at Isaac Newton Middle School in East Harlem where she recently created and leads a workshop for seventh grade students entitled, “Voices of Our Art: The Birth of Youth Activism Through Art”.
