Three Poems by Phil Shils

24 Feb

Sunday should be a day of rest, where one can savor the everlasting pages of words revolving the Earth. On today’s brunch menu we have  three juicy poems by Phil Shils.

“A Wake in the Bog”

“In the Shower”

“Dublin Dippers”

Phil Shils is a physician assistant in Decatur, Illinois. He’s had work published or forthcoming in The Chocorua Review, Rattle, Elimae, Hyperlexia Journal, Sixth Finch, Alba, and others. He has a badly run blog with some links at: pshils.blogspot.com
